Each Cotton Lily product is lovingly handmade especially for you. For this reason, I cannot offer refunds after 5 days from an order being placed. 

Cancellations of orders within 5 days of placing will be refunded minus postage costs and any fees incurred.

I personally check and wrap each order to ensure you receive the very best of Cotton Lily. If an item happens to arrive faulty, a replacement or exchange to the same value will be offered. If you have any further issues please message me via the contact page.
